Citing MOM6

Hi folks, Apologies if I'm just missing something really obvious... but just wondering if it's viable to include a citation.cff file in this repo so it's easy to find the proper way to cite MOM6 in data management plans, papers etc., beyond just pointing to the github? Thanks! -Claire
