Model run tests don't dump output when successful

The run tests, e.g. https://climate-cms.nci.org.au/jenkins/job/mom-ocean.org/job/MOM_run/ only dump the stdout/stderr when a test fails. It would be useful to dump output on successful runs also. This will allow users to compare their run output with a successful run output.
