Downgrading python version in Ubuntu 20.04 ?

I need to install rasa-x on my Ubuntu 20.04 which requires a python version between 3.6 and 3.8.

I tried several ways but nothing worked for me.

Maybe the future versions of rasa-x will be compatible with newer python versions but the current version is not.
