Templates: organization

List of templates for en.wikipedia.org is still very incomplete yet already hard to navigate and expand.

It seems:

• all templates larger than just "dumb replacement" should became real classes (visible in code navigators);
• there should be some kind of docs and introspections on "what templates we have", "how this template will be treated" and so on.
