Yeah, I've done that. But it seems to open files that have been open before with Perl still. But only newly opened files open with ModernPerl. Even if I close...

Should it perhaps respect `--prefer-offline` and the config option of `.npmrc`?

Maybe there's a way to use newly launched [Amazon EventBridge Pipes](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eventbridge/latest/userguide/eb-pipes.html) to create a transformer into CE?

Tested different versions, and this issue starts happening on [`v0.19.0`](https://github.com/common-fate/granted/releases/tag/v0.19.0).
