Port all terminals to https://github.com/xtermjs/xterm.js for all round better user experience and simplified code.

This is really a nice to have.

To open a "Xterm" to a remote box based on the IP defined by the game admin.

or even using SSH - https://github.com/billchurch/WebSSH2 in such a way like: http://localhost:2222/ssh/host/<target IP>
