Translation files don't reflect changes for release 7.5.5

In commit #215b8682bf05f9f359bdcb1dfdaecceddbbc10c6 the surcharge string was changed from incl. VAT to excl. VAT.

The translation files don't reflect this change, so the string is not translated.
