Molior Debian repo depends on python3-validictory, not available since bullseye

Currently deploying Molior on Bookworm (current stable), and it seems that python3-validictory_0.8.3-4_all.deb has not been included anymore in the debian repositories since Bullseye (currently old-stable). Manually installing this package will satisfy apt and continue installing from the Molior repo.

This package seems to be a requirement from python3-aiohttp-jrpc, maybe solved with #39 ?

Also sidenote, since it seems the Molior repo has been targeting Buster since forever, it might be time to modernize since Buster support ends in 11 days. (30th June 2024)
