Maybe time to remove this package from melpa?

On Windows 10, GNU Emacs 27.2 (build 1, x86_64-w64-mingw32), can't get this package to work with any browser (even applying tricks pointed to by error page that pops up instead of actual markdown preview, using firefox, etc).

I'd have to agree with you.
