Using `use-package` I have a few packages pinned to Melpa-Stable. But sup seems to ignore this. Is there any option for it to be handled?

This error results when installing from package.el, not sure what the appropriate solution is. Looks like `spu-log-path` needs to be autoloaded too.

Emacs throws the following error with the `use-package` config given the README: `Error (use-package): spu :config: Invalid argument 4 of operation ‘open-network-stream’` My Emacs version is 25.1.x.
