Can`t save image from timeline

Hello. I`m using android 9, twitlatte 1.7.0 and tested it on both versions from F-droid and Play Market. When i open image in timeline it has a button to save it. After i granted permission to storage and tap the button - nothing happens and image does not appear in gallery of my device.

Images is saved at [Internal Storage]/Download/twitlatte. Please check with file manager or album's "Download".

I found that DownloadManager can't download images on Twitter. It throw error "DECRYPTION_FAILED_OR_BAD_RECORD_MAC", but I couldn't find the reason. I will make something alternative of it.
