`measured` is not something that is set by the user but whenever the resize observer detects a change and on first render.

@hsab could you update the repo you've posted yesterday? I can't reproduce the throttled network issue. @alexanderhorner if you have a repo or codesandbox that would help!

removing `width` and `height` fixed it for you @hsab ?

Thanks for the update and your kind words! I will leave this open for a bit longer until we figured out what is happening with initialWidth/Height and wait for @alexanderhorner...

Hey @fezproof thanks for your input here. Why did you close the PR?

I checked this again and unfortunately we can't make this change because it would be a breaking change. In a lot of examples (and real world apps), nodes do not...

As @RichSchulz pointed out, this makes the migration to v12 easier for some users so we should check this again,
