command arg. activer_learning should just be active

self.vw_process = pexpect.spawn(command) active_learner.py line 47 should spawn a process, but nothing happens: using command in terminal work as intended

Adding time.sleep(5) right after self.vw_process = pexpect.spawn(command) solves the problem
