A documentation fix for the z-index issue when clippy icon show over other UI elements.

The given ruby helper, generates clippy with a z-index issue: a model overlay (like jQuery dialogs) will go under Clippy icons. This is a fix for that based on http://slightlymore.co.uk/flash-and-the-z-index-problem-solved/
