Provide an option to not group tickets into one message in feeds

It has been requested that in our #java-fixes channel, the tickets from the feed should not be grouped. So, an option to disable the grouping of tickets for a feed.

Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a medium-sized embed for that, and perhaps this could even be expanded into a config option for mentions as well.
