No proper error handling if ticket in request doesn't exist

The Bug

When you post a request for a private or non-existant ticket, an error is thrown but no message is posted to the user.

Example

Type "MC-12341234213412341234" in a request channel.

Expected behavior

It should show a warning but still forward the request (in case the ticket is private).
