Some style changes

Hey, i make some style changes, maybe it usefull for others :)

correct styles:

• add 'id' attr to header level 3 and 4
• add parse for list block header
• add 'id' attr to lists

change styles:

• change styles for admonitionblock, make it as 'alert-block' instead of just label. translation for notes and important to bootstrap styles.
