Where are the different assays stored?

Hello,

sorry if this might be a trivial question. I saved my Seurat object without problems to an h5ad file following: https://mojaveazure.github.io/seurat-disk/articles/convert-anndata.html.

Also importing it into python using scanpy, no problem. However, where are the different assays stored (RNA, SCT, integrated)? I only seem to find adata.X, so, only 1 matrix? Where are the others?
