The function SparseWrite() is now unavailable in this package. Could you please give some instructions on how to save a large sparse matrix (like class of "c('dgTMatrix', 'TsparseMatrix', 'dsparseMatrix', 'generalMatrix', 'dMatrix', 'sparseMatrix', 'compMatrix', 'Matrix', 'xMatrix', 'mMatrix', 'replValueSp')") to h5 file ?
