Summary: Unable to create and settle settlements through finance portal UI in certain scenarios. The settlement functionality itself seems to be working fine as it works fine with API calls (through TTK UI or cmdline)

Severity: Medium

Priority: Medium

Expected Behavior Able to create and settle settlements through finance portal UI for onboarded currencies and accounts

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Deploy Mojaloop with finance portal included
  2. Attempt to create and settle a settlement through finance portal UI
