Improvements in Settlement Reports and UI

Acceptance Criteria

1. Show ISO format in date time fields of every report

• UTC >>> 2024-05-07T04:03:11+00:00
• MMT >>> 2024-05-07T10:33:11+06:30

2. All report fields name, alignment and format should follow the specification file in UI preview and generated report

3. The decimal places of the amounts in the reports should be displayed according to the decimal places as originally specified by the ISO 4217 standard.

4. In the Settlement Detail Report, if there is no amount in the Received Amount or Sent Amount columns, it should be displayed as 0.00 in both the report preview and the report generation
