UI decision to be made based on updated Settlement API

Due to the new settlement having updated endpoints, a UI is required to match the new functionality. The vNext Admin UI is already compatible with the new Settlement API, but there is no official interface in the vNow space.

The possibility of using the vNext Admin UI in vNow needs to be explored.
