SPIKE: As a Mojaloop adopter I want to be able to run the vNow end-to-end tests against vNext deployments using the same toolchain so that I can have knowledge of test status

There may be some issues executing the Mojaloop end-to-end test suite and toolchain (TTK) against vNext deployments e.g.

• Connection security
• DFSP onboarding
• Admin API calls to manipulate hub during test execution

These issues need to be resolved to facilitate running the full existing end-to-end test suite against a vNext deployment.

Investigation is needed to fully detail this work and understand the gap and effort to resolve.
