If the settlement balance is less than the position balance, after the settlement is processed settlement balance gets a negative value.

The settlement balance must be always a positive value.

We need to limit the withdrawal amount to the settlement balance minus the open position balance (including the pending balance). Even better if we get this balance directly from the A&B account structure.
