This is an early attempt at documenting the FLINT releases. Everything is open for comment, please feel free to change, discuss or tell me I'm barking up the wrong tree.

I'm still figuring out the right level of detail. Currently it's all manual, but moving to something like Conventional Commits would simplify this dramatically.

Any of the above would be great! I've only given surface level descriptions of the changes, inferred from the commit logs. Please add extra context that might be useful to keep new and existing users informed.
