Add FLINTcloud sub-project to ReadTheDocs

@Tlazypanda - now that you've the first version of FLINTcloud documentation in #13, can you please show @sarthakkundra how to deploy new documentation on docs.moja.global?

@sarthakkundra we need to document the process itself (and then deploy the deployment instructions) so that other projects can migrate their documentation to a central repository.

Hey @aornugent yes definitely @sarthakkundra can you set up your readthedocs account and share your username with me? I will add you as a maintainer so you can see our dashboard. (@aornugent maybe you can share your username too because it will be easier to maintain ahead)

In the dashboard there is a setting called subprojects, now under this setting any new repository added in readthedocs can be pointed to our docs.moja.global site. https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/subprojects.html here is a link to further help out. Hope that answers your query! :tada:
