Create endpoints to verify/edit input JSONs for used during the GCBM run

We need to develop endpoints to verify/edit JSON configurations that are created inside the docker container during the GCBM demo run, particularly the attributes linked with the JSON of every geoTIFF file. The method will be very similar to the way how we are changing the table names inside gcbm_input.db using a POST request.
