suggestion: add a .zalgo command to generate zalgo text

Title's pretty self-explanatory. It'd be a cool feature to have, and it seems relatively easy to code - the python library for generating zalgo text is pretty simple:

It's not high priority or anything of course, so if this isn't something you feel like adding, that's all good. It just seems like it'd be a fun thing to have. Thanks!

I mean it technically fits in alongside things like .cowsay and .figlet but.... somehow this one annoys me way more. the other two are actually legible 😛
