Support federation with ActivityPub

I was recently thinking about creating a federated wiki project. This would work similar to Mastodon, so data is hosted on different servers, but can be browsed from everywhere.

I have some thoughts about implementing this, here:

Maybe I could implement this in moinwiki myself, if you can give me some pointers where to start in the code.

@Nutomic if you look at the development progress here, you'll notice things are going slow while we try to get moin2 releasable at some time in the future.

so big new additional features are rather unwanted at this time.
