How create first page?

I tried to follow the docs, but after running python setup.py build and python setup.py install my Wiki always get the same error:

data_dir "/usr/share/moin/config/data" does not exist, or has incorrect ownership or permissions.

Make sure the directory and the subdirectory "pages" are owned by the web server and are readable, writable and executable by the web server user and group.

It is recommended to use absolute paths and not relative paths. Check also the spelling of the directory name.

I found out that, after running the installation, I have a data and an underlay folder at /usr/share/moin/ (actually the underlay was a tar file, but I decompressed). So I tried to copy this both folders to /usr/share/moin/config/, but still have the same error. And im 100% sure about the permissions. I already checked the current user of my apache, the ownership and permissions of the /usr/share/moin/. What am I missing?

Could it be an required configuration that i didn't set and this is some default error message?
