The keyboard shortcuts are not working on the Markdown Panel.

I'm using Notepad++ v8.5.8 on Windows 11 and I can't use basic keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl + C to copy content from the Markdown Panel. currently, I have to select the content from the Markdown Panel and right-click on it to get the context menu then click Copy. This is a little irritating for me because I'm doing this action quite regularly. this issue also applies to another common command like PRINT.

Was a hell to get it working, but #120 was the issue. Please mention on frontpage and in readme.

Suggestion: pack the release in a folder “NppMarkdownPanel” so we don’t have to manually create it.

Yeah i know, the manual install can be tricky. I will add an advice in the readme. The intended way to install the plugin is through NPP's Plugin Admin. But the new version is not yet available.
