Yeah I can confirm that this is an issue when tax per item and discount per item both are enabled. We will release a fix urgently.

Hey @lemyskaman thanks for the contribution but this might not work if amounts change as you just change the paid_status back to what it was? Temporarily I'm thinking of disabling...

You can add the currencies table directly to your DB if you need these right away. but we'll work on adding them to new installations from the next update onwards.
