Can i have rules share between teams not with whole project

I am part of one project to rule all and since so many project are part of this and i dont want my rule to share with every team so can i get some permission setting to be done to share the rule within few teams

Agree, this one would be great! So some way to be able to set which one click actions should be visible for which teams.
