problem using with jquery widget

Hi I'm trying to use this DateTimeBundle with jquery widget in a form but i'm getting block exceptions:

An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Unable to render the form as none of the following blocks exist: "_itw_userbundle_user_css", "itw_userbundle_user_css", "form_css".") in ITWUserBundle:User:new.html.twig at line 11.

What is the problem?
