Web browsers don't support multi level wildcard certificates so this should probably be changed.

I think the SHA1 checksum should be a setting in settings.ini. Otherwise the server has to calculate it every time.
That's like it is in the vanilla server
If the Resource Pack Status returns 2 (failed download) the SHA1 should be recalculated automatically and the request should be resent.
Yes you're right @bibo38. I think the hash should be changed: - on server start - if url changed - if a plugin calls an update method or an admin...

This makes you loose lots of performance as this forces full rerenders which is super annoying.
