This Bot Not working for telegram new users... please fix it

This project is old and now not being maintained by me, and i am not working with any telegram bot now. This error might be due to some recent changes from telegram. I won't be updating this project anymore.

Though you could change the version of pyrogram in requirements.txt to the latest version. And try , it might work !
