It's important to clarify which license has the project and to include a LICENSE/COPYING file. Thank you for your work!

This may possibly be considered a derived work from the original code, which has a GPL 3 license.

GPL-3 is for the pdp7-unix tools, the actual code is (c) Micro Focus according to the README there. It's not clear under what license it was provided, hence why I didn't add a LICENSE.
