AddSelect/MultiAddSelect does not support pre-selecting items

The [AddSelect/MultiAddSelect](https://github.com/carbon-design-system/ibm-cloud-cognitive/tree/main/packages/cloud-cognitive/src/components/AddSelect) components don't presently have the ability to pre-select items on initial render (as far as I can tell). It would be great if a prop could be added...
