Reload All Tabs, except for active tab

Description: I have one window with multiple tabs. I click the refresh and all tabs refresh except the tab that I'm currently on.

Use case: I'm actively working within a tab, but want to refresh all the other tabs in the current window that I have open without losing the in-progress work that I have in my active tab.
