سلام چرا این تابع همیشه یک ماه کمتر میده مثلا الان اگه ماه دوم باشه یک میده و کلا همیشه یکی کمتره ماه فروردین صفر حساب میشه

منطقش رو نمیدونم ولی کلاس تقویم خود جاوا هم همین شکلی هست.

Because, starts month from 0 index So, 0 index is Farvardin and 11 index is Esfand.
