Long press on video content to bring up menu

Hi I cant reach the download button at the top of the image viewer so I typically longpress images in the viewer to download/share

However on videos longpressing just moves the playback bar. I dont need this feature at all since i have the playback bar within range of my thumb anyway. If I wanted to scrub Id just open details bar by tapping first

Id personally prefer longpress menu on videos as well for consistency

For that matter maybe you could have option to move download button to bottom of image viewer since i use it all the time ? (where view replies button is currently)
