Watched Threads - Improvements Suggestion

I'm loving the app so far but I suggest that you tweak the thread watcher a little bit. The Local watcher/push notification option should be hidden, maybe place them in the top left corner as a button. Also, the watched threads should be displayed similar to how Kuroba-dev does it, this makes it easier for the user to check for new posts.
