[QK-40] Snooze notifications

DESCRIPTION

Sometimes snoozing notifications would be helpful, especially in groups when engaging isn't convenient.

Normal notifications would resume after the selected time

This would be on a per-conversation basis, right?

Here's four enhancements for the idea:

1. Mute notifications until manually unmuted
2. Mute notifications until that conversation is reopened
3. Snooze notifications for a set duration
4. Snooze notifications until a set duration has passed since receiving a message in that conversation. (e.g. A very active discussion is happening in a group text, and you're receiving multiple notifications every minute, so you snooze it. Eventually, there will be an uninterrupted 30-minute period where no new messages are received. At that point, the conversation is unmuted, since the current discussion is probably finished.)
