Messages don't appear

DESCRIPTION

I can read the already imported messages from the standard app, but QKSMS doesn't fetch the new messages. They simply get dropped.

I set it as default message app.

The version of QKSMS is 3.9.4.

The device is Hisense A5 Pro CC (HLTE203T). Android version 10. Kernel version 4.14.133.

Same issue here, although it works in the beginning when I switch from Messenger to QKSMS. Eventually, QKSMS just stops getting messages. This also happened with another messenger application, Simple SMS. I'm on a Unihertz Titan Pocket running Android 11, with version 3.9.4. Two SIMs are inserted, however one is disabled.
