How we can ${FILENAME} to POST params ?

Hello I got custom FIle Upload flow when I need to use preflight request. But problem is in that I need to send ${FILENAME} in POST parameter in preflight request for getting Download Link. Is there any way to use ${FILENAME} variable in request parameters ? Thank you!

Was trying to do this just now and don't think there is that capability. Would be a very nice feature 👍
