Make FC TV tab selection a drop down rather than free text

When customizing a form, and moving a TV to another tab, the name of the tab is a free text box. It would be preferable if this was a dropdown, showing just the name of tabs that are currently enabled.

Wider improvement to the Form Customisation UI has been discussed for some time.

This is a bit if a bandaid - may be close pending FC review.

Ticket is over 3yrs old.

All configuration of FC stored in JSON format, but it still can be implemented developing special processor for getting only stored regions. One issue with dropdown is that list of regions will be saved after refreshing the page and it means that we can not set a new region and write down it for a TV at the same time.

Actually, we should be able to create a dropdown using the data already available in the Regions tab (only touching the JS, no processors).
