Inaccurate [[+cnt]]

On this website - https://www.echtgratis.nl/ you can see 52 products listed. On the left are the tags with a few having incorrect counts...e.g. proefpakketten has a count of 5 but there's only one product with that tag.

What is the modx_tagger_tag_resources table? It seems to keep a listing of tags and resources but is it something that needs refreshing from time to time?
