Add support for Template Variables

Currently Revise only works with the Resource object data itself. Need to add support for Template Variables associated with the Resource.

Will you be able to make it work with MIGx TVs? I know some features have problems with MIGx.

The type of TV should be irrelevant. Handling TVs in general is the current problem.

Having TVs supported is a must I think - I use TVs all the time for client sites, so having just the [[*content]] being handled by Revise is not gonna work very well for MODx-ers like me who use TVs to house lots of page content. How is the development going on this?

Having this working with template variables is a must as 99% of MODx sites out there must use TVs for content on each resource surely?

Any news on when Revise will be ready to ship as a usable addon??? How do I install and use it from Git?
