Register Date is Wrong

Well it turns out I was wrong about the register date. I suppose there is a bug unless my code has some other problem.

Every account we have made today has the same createdon date, May 22, 2014 at 01:57:00, from the one I created this morning to the one I just created 5 minutes ago, 9 hours later.
