Bulk actions need to be editable

The bulk actions should be editable. For example, when I set up a selection list, which pulls from a master list of resources, I want my clients to be able to unlink any and all selections, but not delete them, since that will also delete them from the master list. I can set the buttons and context menu items, but not the bulk actions. Clients are sometimes confused by the terminology, thinking that if the bulk "delete" selections, that will only remove them from the selection list. It would be very useful to be able to remove "deleted selected" from the bulk actions dropdown.
